PLA for Commodore 8296

This chip emulates completely the original PLA for Commodore 8296.

Commodore 8296 has two PLA:

UE6 PLA 324744-01

UE5 PLA 324745-01

This PLA use a high speed EEPROM of 45ns (Winbond W27c512).
